Biography* Arthur Leon Van Heule, 1896-1969:
Arthur was a first generation American born to Belgium (Flemish) parents. In 1920, he was operating his own butcher shop in Chicago and renting at 106 Arthur Avenue.

Arthur died on a Sunday at age 73.

Biography* Timothy Martin Craten, 1893-1981:
Born in Illinois to parents who were first generation Irish-Americans also born in Illinois, Timothy spent his early years on a farm in Hartland township of McHenry County, Illinois. By 1920, Timothy, at age 26, was still living at home which was a rental at 201 East Front Street in Harvard's 2nd ward. Timothy was working as a clerk in the post office. By 1930, he was working on Chicago's elevated trains.

Timothy, age 87, died on a Wednesday. He was a resident of Elmhurst, Dupage County, Illinois. His funeral was held on Saturday from Saint Henry's church in Chicago.

Born in Illinois to a father born in Illinois and a mother born in Maine, John lived at home until at least 1920 on Washington Street in Harvard, Illinois. He worked as a real estate agent. John's parents were both first generation Irish-Americans born of Irish parents. By 1930, he owned a $2,000 house at 16 North Ayers in Harvard, Illinois's 1st ward and was working as an insurance agent. By circa 1934, John was postmaster of Harvard.

He died, at age 65, on a Sunday at his home. His funeral was held on Tuesday from Saint Joseph's church in Harvard.
