Biography* Isola K. Walters Norwalk, 1918-1990:
Isola was the sixth child of seven and the youngest of four daughters. Her father Timothy was farmer born in Iowa. Her mother Isola was a first generation Canadian-American born in South Dakota. In 1920, her parents owned their own farm in Riffle township of Stanley County, South Dakota. In 1930, they were living in Nawlin township (T04/R23) of Haakon County. In 1938, Isola was married to Joseph Norwalk in Midland, South Dakota by Catholic priest James Sweeney. In 1940, she and Joseph were living in T07/R23 of Haakon County. By 1947, they had moved to Princeton, Minnesota. And by 1963, to Chula Vista, San Diego County, California.

Isola, 71, died on a Friday.
