Biography* | Emma Ederer Neuheisel, 1906-1989: Probably born in Franklin township, Emma's birth date listed on her tombstone - 3 September 1906 - is incorrect. Sometime between 1910 and 1920, her family moved to Troy township, where she was living when she married Anton. Emma died on a Tuesday at a Sauk City nursing home after an extended illness. She was survived by three daughters, fourteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one sister, and one brother. Her funeral was held on Friday at Saint Luke's in Plain with the Rev. William Seipp officiating. |

A farmer all of his life, Edward was a short, stout man with brown eyes and black hair. He died at his home in Plain on a Tuesday after an extended illness. Edawrd was 90. He was survived by his wife, three daughters, one son, nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild, three sisters, and two brothers. Funeral services were held on Thursday at Saint Luke's in Plain with the Rev. Thomas Fitzgerald officiating. |

Hubert farmed in the Spring Green area for 34 years before retiring to the village. He died, at age 78, on a Friday at the Greenway Manor Nursing Home after an extended illness. He was survived by his wife, two sons, three daughters, 15 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three sisters, and one brother. Hubert's funeral was held on Monday at Saint John's in Spring Green with the Rev. Kenneth Klubertanz officiating. |
